If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, Perfect Glasses offers a 90 day unconditional return and one-time exchange policy for it’s customers. Of course, your returned glasses (either for a refund or exchange) must be unworn, in the state you receive them and in the original packing.
When we mean customer delight, we really mean it! This means that we will accept returns even if ‘you’ enter the wrong prescription. Note that this applies to ALL single vision orders.
So If the doctors handwriting is illegible and hence you receive glasses with the wrong prescription, you can choose to exchange or return the glasses.
However, we request you to check the prescription twice or take a picture with your phone and email it to us straight from your phone. This will minimise errors and save us both, time and money.
We will also keep you informed of the order status (via text and email) right through till delivery.
